Job Description

Responsible and accountable for formulating strategy for
growth of business and effectiveness of the Marketing & Sales
Operations, as well as, its growth and improvement in the
domestic and international markets.

Responsible for business development, implementation
business plans to achieve targets as
per the agreed budget.

Prepare Annual Sales & Marketing plan and trend projections
for next 3 to 5 years.

Responsible for Effective enquiry generation, submission of
proposals, negotiation, order finalization, collection of PO with
initial advance .

Responsible for monitoring competition, business mapping and
designing counter sales strategies. Understanding customer
needs and offering optimum solutions.

Actively work towards enhancing visibility of our products .

Relationship Management / Automotive Key Account Management with customers for generating repeat business.

Quantitative Terms :

Revenue Targets (Sales Value & Quantity)
Entry into new markets (Market Share)
Hit ratio (enquiries v/s order booked)
Market intelligence & forecast accuracy
Monthly MIS


Desired Candidate Profile

Should be an Engineer preferably with a Management Degree .

Candidates from Similar Industry having end customers in Automotive and related Industry preferred


UG:B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

PG:MBA/PGDM - Marketing

Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required
