Job Description

Main purpose of this position is :

To build up and develop a high performing Sales organization within India with the existing LSO 

Execute profitable growth strategy for Business  within India
Develop new business opportunities, markets, sales channels
Further develop of Indian sales organization
Provide analytical support in defining quotes/forecasts/budgets and country alignment
Execute portfolio management
Identify opportunities for improving efficiency in the sales process.
Own KPI reporting and dashboards for the sales team
Manage the daily business of the LSO within India
Be responsible for managing a team of sales account executives that is responsible for driving sustainable value to a portfolio including regional and national customers
Ongoing reporting to and dialogue with management team / work with management team on ad hoc reporting
Develop sales enablement training and documentation with TSS

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute and being responsible for business development and budgeting to achieve strategic growth
Develop and coach sales team to increase productivity, profitability and sales performance
Align with operation on forecast, budget and production to secure agility
Link market information and success stories between Indian sales teams
Develop new business opportunities, markets and sales channels

Required Candidate profile

Specific Skills & Knowledge:

Great leadership skills with strong holistic business understanding to coach and guide sales managers / team
Strategic thinking
Financial background (calculations, P&L, financial impacts)
Have great convincing and pleasant personality with a constructive sales approach
Good negotiations skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
Experience with change management processes
Good cultural understanding across countries
Strong language skills verbal and written in English mandatory; German of advantage.
Outgoing and open personality
Able to take business oriented decisions in stressed situations
Experience with ERP software (SAP)

Experience : 17+ years in strategic sales experience & leadership experience

Qualification : BE (Mechanical) + (optional) MBA

Candidates from Tamilnadu will be highly preferred.
