Responsible for business development, implementation business plans to achieve international targets as per the agreed budget.
Prepare Annual Sales & Marketing plan and trend projections for next 3 to 5 years.
Responsible for Effective enquiry generation, submission of proposals, negotiation, order finalisation, collection of PO with initial advance and hand over to projects.
Responsible for monitoring competition, business mapping and designing counter sales strategies. Understanding customer needs and offering optimum solutions.
Actively gather information on new opportunities, customer needs, complaints and satisfaction levels, market feedback, competitor information (Technology, pricing etc) for continuous improvements.
Ensure proper inputs are given to concerned departments in order to enhance customer satisfaction with respect to pre and post order activities, changing trends in the market, customer requirements, and feedback on product performance, complaints and opportunities for aftermarket services, spares and refurbishing business.
Actively work towards enhancing visibility of products by actively participating in trade fairs, technical seminars and publication of product brochures, digital marketing and other marketing initiatives.
Relationship Management / Key Account Management with key customer / consultants for generating repeat business.
Develop subordinates and young Officers through appropriate HR interventions, by setting SMART KRAs and guiding & training them to ensure achievement of Set Sales Targets.
